This agreement is by and between you and Sekuir Technologies, LLC d/b/a Blaise.
These are placeholder Terms for the Blaise beta. A legally-reviewed version will replace this before general availability. By using the beta you agree to the terms below.
1. The service
Blaise is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps MSPs run vCIO and vCISO advisory services. The beta is provided as-is with no SLA. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees during beta.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity under your account. Notify security@sekuirtek.comof any suspected breach within 24 hours.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal use. No reverse-engineering of the platform. No attempts to access other organizations' data (RLS makes this technically infeasible; we reserve the right to suspend accounts that try). No sending of malware, phishing, or spam through any of the platform's communication features.
4. Pricing during beta
The beta is free. We will give you at least 30 days written notice before any paid plan takes effect. Current pricing is shown on the public Pricing page and inside the live billing view. Direct organization plans, MSP per-client workspace pricing, partner add-ons, and optional usage packs are separate pricing layers and will be shown before they are billed.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. You may export it at any time. We will not sell, share, or analyze your data outside of operating the service. AI features process your data via Anthropic's commercial API with no training on inputs.
6. Termination
You may delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach with at least 30 days notice (immediate for security incidents or illegal use).
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Blaise is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free beta this means our liability is effectively limited to $0; you should not rely on Blaise as your sole system-of-record for regulatory compliance.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with at least 14 days notice via email and an in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
