A flat $299/mo per MSP/advisor organization covers the platform, branded admin console, integrations, and support. On top of that you pay the live per-client rates shown above: Core $39, Plus $129, Premium $199. Example: 10 Core clients = $299 + (10 x $39) = $689/mo. Direct organizations do not pay a platform fee.
How is AI usage handled?
Every tier includes AI framed as Standard, Enhanced, or Advanced usage. It is pooled across your MSP tenant but capped per client workspace and per workflow, so one client or one job cannot drain the pool.
Can I mix tiers across clients?
Yes. Every client is priced independently. You can mix Premium, Plus, and Core clients on one bill, plus the single $299 platform fee, with add-ons as their own line items.
What is cross-mapped compliance?
